What does gelatin free mean ?
Gelatin is basically a preservative added into the desserts which help the desserts like cheesecake, jelly etc. to set. It works as an egg replacement. However, the main component of gelatin is animal collagen. Thus, we don’t use gelatin.
What is the lead time?
Our lead time is 2-3 business days, expect for bento cakes, brownies and brownie cakes.

Is home delivery available ?
Yes, home delivery is available. We outsource our deliveries. So, an additional cost is incurred.

What is the shelf life of cookies?
Since, we don’t add any preservatives to our cookies and we make it from unsalted butter, the cookies remain good for a month at room temperature.
